It is widely used in municipal water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants (STP), effluent treatment plants (ETP), and various industrial wastewater treatment systems where faster particle settling and improved water quality are essential.

Design & Construction

Tube Settler Media is constructed using high-quality PVC or PP material, known for its lightweight, durability, and corrosion resistance. The media features a honeycomb-shaped design with parallel inclined tubes, which increases the effective settling area inside sedimentation tanks and clarifiers.

Enhancing the settling surface it promotes faster sedimentation of suspended solids and reduces the overall footprint of treatment facilities. The hexagonal or square tube configuration ensures uniform water flow, preventing turbulence and maximising separation efficiency.

Available in various tube sizes such as 35mm, 50mm, and 80mm, Tube Settler Media is suitable for a wide range of water treatment applications. Its inclination angle of 60° allows particles to slide down easily into the sludge zone, minimizing clogging and reducing maintenance requirements.
